Constructed from local limestone blocks, sandstone bricks and sawn shinglesThe Moore's building in Fremantle dates
back to 1844 . The City of Fremantle commissioned Colgan Industries to restore and repair the damaged facade and
Corinthian influenced architectural embellishments. Completed in 1996 the Moores Building is now an integral part
of Fremantle’s historic architecture and currently houses the Fremantle Art Society.
