Colgan Industries involvement in the restoration and refurbishment of one of Perth’s most prized historic buildings
has been an ongoing, multi faceted project. Work on the west wing included restoration of the exterior stonemasonry
and refurbishment of the main kitchen and dining room with the installation of a glass panel elevator. Exterior works
included landscaping and the construction of both the upper and lower courtyards.
